By submitting an order, you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Kenmar camping & leisure web site.
When you register with the Kenmar camping & leisure web site, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised. If any of your details change, such as your credit card billing address, you must inform Kenmar camping & leisure as soon as possible. You may update your details by signing into your account on the Kenmar camping & leisure web site, and update the relevant section. Where a legal age classification for an item is displayed, by submitting an order for said item, you will be confirming that you are of the legal age to view said product.
The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the web site will be with Kenmar camping & Leisure, Spring Green nurseries, Pontefract road, Crofton, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF41LW Kenmar camping & leisure must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received Kenmar camping & Leisure will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Kenmar camping & leisures acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract. Kenmar camping & leisure are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered before the contract is made we will contact you as soon as possible by email.
Availability Of Goods You Order
We endeavour to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels of the company but some products can sell out very quickly, therefore, placing an order with us does not guarantee availability. We will, of course, make every effort to fulfill your order and if this is not possible we will let you know as soon as possible. Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us on 01924 864494 to check availability.If Kenmar camping & leisure has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Kenmar camping & leisure from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Kenmar camping & leisure will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Kenmar camping & leisure will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. PLEASE NOTE: We endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our web site as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the web site when goods have sold out at campaign price can take a few hours to update.As with all retailers there maybe slight differences from the image on the product page but we will always dispatch the most current version of the product unless told otherwise at point of purchase or any special clearance lines as indicated at time of purchase Please note that the price the goods are offered for tender are as displayed in the Shopping Basket. Rest assured your credit card will only be debited as your order or individual items from your order are dispatched.
Delivery Of Goods To You
Kenmar camping & leisure will post, or arrange a courier on your behalf for, the goods ordered by you to the person and address you give Kenmar camping & leisure at the time you make your order. In busy periods orders may take longer to dispatch however we endevour to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been made online, it goes through our picking, packing, labelling and dispatching processes. After these processes have been completed, most goods (excluding small or very large items) will be shipped by courier on a next day service. Unfortunately at the present time we are only able to send products to main land UK although it may be possible to send products further at an additional cost please call 01924 864494 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check delivery costs
If you have received an item as ordered but you would like to return it please call 01924 864494 and send to the address below with a note of your requirements and order number. All items must be returned unworn or unused within 14 days. Please ensure that swing tags are attached or enclosed and that garments are folded as supplied in the original packaging.(Please note that items bought for "Christmas presents" may have a longer time for exchange/refund for special requirements please phone 01924 864494) Any item returned that is deemed used or worn will be returned to you and we shall be entitled to charge you for the return carriage costs via your original payment method. In the event that your credit card has expired, or is declined we will hold the item(s) until full payment has been made for the return carriage. Please enclose all details with your return:

It is your responsibility for any item until it reaches Kenmar so it is advisable to use a traceable method of postage such as a Royal Mail signed for service. Heavier items should be sent by courier for assistance please call 01924 864494
All items returned to us as faulty will be checked by the manufacturer. Only equipment or clothing that has failed due to a fault in the manufacturing process will be replaced or refunded. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship it does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or failure to follow recommended use, care or maintenance instructions. Please be certain that any faults found are as a result of manufacturing defects or damage and not misuse or failure to follow manufacturers' instructions. If the product is found to be defective from misuse, the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
Any items returned must be returned clean and dry and items that are not clean and dry cannot be processed

The cost of returning the items is met by the customer - it may be possible to assist with returns if required
The items will be forwarded to the manufacturer by us for inspection and if deemed to be caused by a fault in the equipment the customer shall receive a replacement item or part, a repair service or a refund. The postage cost will also be reimbursed up to a limit of £10 for tents over 5kg or £4.95 for all other items, please enclose a receipt for the postage with the goods. We aim to solve any and all problems ASAP
